G & K Management knows there is a vast difference between a roof over your head and a place to  call home.  Aside from providing comfortable, well-maintained apartments, G&K Management Co., Inc. offers a bonus in its Adult Recreation Program.

Free of charge to all apartment residents, G&K offers an array of varied recreational opportunities tailored to the interests and needs of its residents.

Whether it’s a potluck meal with entertainment, a healthy-cooking class, computer training, painting, arts and crafts, an endangered species animal program, a social time to have coffee and dessert, a barbecue, bingo or a magic show, G&K adds some “magic” and community spirit to your experience living at a G&K-managed property.

We hope you’ll feel encouraged to participate in a new activity, rekindle an old interest, or simply show up to get to know your neighbors.  Just relax and have fun!

The Adult Recreation Program is available at selected apartment communities and is available only for residents of the apartment communitiy. Check with the property manager for availability and enrollment.
